Koenigsegg Jesko

The first Koenigsegg Jeskos began to be delivered to customers in Europe and America. One of the 125 stunning supercars to be produced has arrived in Great Britain and the excited owner has taken delivery of the car with… turnkey.

However, the lucky owner found that before he could even get in and drive the one-of-a-kind Jesko he had to find out what was going on with the car key which looked more like a modern art museum sculpture than a car key.

Jesko’s key is actually from another planet. The owner receives it in a carbon fiber cylinder with CNC aluminum details signed by company founder Christian von Koenigsegg. Inside the cylinder is an aluminum base that supports the key which in turn is made of Desiato leather, like the leather inside the car.

However, the surprises in the Koenigsegg Jesko key don’t stop there. A small button on the key is able to simultaneously open the bonnet, trunk and of course the doors.

This mode is called Ghost Mode as it opens up all sides of the car as if it were Bubblebee from Transformers.

Once you manage to activate the Jesko you will enjoy the 5.0-liter V8 engine, 1,280 hp (1,600 hp using biofuel), 1,000 Nm of torque, the 9-speed racing gearbox and only 1,420 kg. You sure forget the odd key when you put your foot on the gas for the first time!
